Tom Jakubisin Joins CPPI as Regional Director of Southeast Florida Region

Palm Beach, Fla. — Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) is pleased to announce that Tom Jakubisin has joined the firm as the Regional Director of the Southeast Florida region.

Jakubisin brings more than 30 years of construction industry experience to CPPI, with a career defined by strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to building trust-based partnerships. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with owners, subcontractors, and project teams to deliver high-quality facilities while maintaining a focus on safety, cost control, schedule performance, and risk management.

Jakubisin actively supports local education initiatives, serving on the Education Foundation of Palm Beach County’s annual golf fundraiser committee and assisting with programs such as the Backpacks for Kids drive. He is equally involved in public safety, participating in events, sponsoring programs, and leading educational seminars with the Florida Fire Chiefs Association and the Florida Police Chiefs Association. He is also a member of Associated Builders and Contractors and Associated General Contractors, staying actively engaged with the broader construction industry.
