Superintendent Mike Simzisko Joins CPPI’s Healthcare Division

Gainesville, Fla. – Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) is thrilled to announce that Mike Simzisko has joined the company as a Senior Superintendent in our Healthcare Division. With more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Simzisko has overseen the construction at several of the nation’s leading healthcare facilities throughout Colorado and the Southeast. He brings extensive knowledge of healthcare construction to CPPI, and is a LEED certified professional.

In his downtime, Mr. Simzisko likes to enjoy the outdoors. He can often be found skiing, rock climbing, or kayaking along the nation’s many wild waterways.
