Steve Williams Promoted to COO

Gainesville, Fla. – Steve Williams, a 25-year veteran of the construction industry, has recently been promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI).

As COO, Williams will oversee day-to-day operations, with a focus on optimizing efficiency in processes, risk management, and quality control initiatives. He will work closely with executive leadership to provide modernized and streamlined operational excellence for CPPI.

Leslie.

Since joining CPPI in 2016 as a Senior Project Manager, Williams has completed more than $200 Million of construction projects in the higher education, K-12 education, healthcare, and institutional market segments. He worked at a Top 50 ENR Construction Firm for over a decade before joining CPPI, and is an adjunct professor at Seminole State College, where he is an alumnus. He is also a graduate of Purdue University with a Master of Science in Building Construction Management and holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Chemistry from the University of Florida.

Williams holds PTI certifications in Bonded and Un-bonded Post Tensioning Systems, OSHA 30 Safety & Health, and LEED AP with BD + C Designation. He has been an active member of the Central Florida Chapter of Associated Builders & Contractors and the Florida Chapter of Construction Owners Association of America since 2016.
