CPPI is proud to welcome Robert Menasco as Project Director in Gainesville. With a strong background in construction leadership, Menasco brings the experience and perspective needed to help build strong teams and support the communities we serve.
Throughout his career, Menasco has led teams through a wide range of nuanced projects with a leadership style rooted in integrity, collaboration, and accountability. Most recently, he served as Project Executive and Senior Project Manager, where he managed a full team and supported training efforts while helping ensure quality, schedule, and financial goals were met.
Prior to that, Menasco spent more than a decade as Director of Field Operations and Project Manager, where he oversaw field operations, managed a team of superintendents, coordinated scheduling for over 50 craftsmen, and built strong client and vendor relationships. His background also includes experience in estimating, where he gained experience on projects in and around the University of Florida.
Menasco’s professional credentials further strengthen his value to CPPI. With extensive leadership training and broad construction experience, Robert brings a thoughtful, hands-on approach to every project. His strategic mindset and people-focused approach align perfectly with CPPI’s mission and culture.
