CPPI Breaks Ground on Lake Kennedy Racquet Center in Cape Coral

Cape Coral, Fla. – Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) officially broke ground on the Lake Kennedy Racquet Center for the City of Cape Coral last week. This state-of-the-art facility will feature an impressive 32 pickleball courts and 12 tennis courts, a pro shop, and an on-site concession stand.

Located at Lake Kennedy Community Park in Cape Coral, the new Racquet Center will be a premier destination for players and spectators alike. The facility will be easily accessible, with ample parking available, allowing for easy access for all.

The Fort Myers team at CPPI is excited to see players of all ages and skill levels come together at this fantastic new complex. The facility is designed to accommodate players of all levels, from beginners to seasoned professionals.

Construction on the Lake Kennedy Racquet Center is expected to be completed in the spring of 2024.
