The Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium, located in Jupiter, Florida, is a versatile venue that accommodates the spring training games of the Miami Marlins and the St. Louis Cardinals, as well as the regular season games of the minor league teams Jupiter Hammerheads and Palm Beach Cardinals. Constructed in 1998, the stadium boasts a seating capacity of 6,871 and hosts concerts, festivals, and various events throughout the year.
The planned upgrades include renovations to the existing Cardinals and Marlins clubhouses, construction of new player development facilities for both clubs, new batting tunnel facilities, renovations to stadium operations offices, the visiting team locker room, umpire/staff and press areas, a new 3rd base grandstand with amenity space, and a new team store. This project is a collaboration between CPPI, Barton Malow, and Total Solutions Contractor as Mentor-Protégé.
