This project involved the comprehensive renovation of the existing facility, including selective demolition and a building addition, as well as minor improvements to non-student station capacity buildings. It included the full replacement of mechanical and plumbing systems with associated piping, upgrades to the building envelope such as new windows, doors, and insulation, and improvements to technology infrastructure and campus safety/security. The project also replaced life safety systems, including the fire alarm, and included site enhancements such as improved stormwater management and on-site traffic queuing.
