This project involved the comprehensive renovation of an occupied campus and was phased to ensure construction didn’t impact instruction. It included the demolition of 2 buildings, the renovation of 6 buildings, and the addition of 2 new buildings: a combined media and administration building and a PE building.
Renovations to the existing buildings included:
Building envelope upgrades, such as new windows, doors, and roofing
Technology infrastructure improvements
Campus safety and security upgrades
Replacement of life safety systems, including the fire alarm
Upgraded mechanical and plumbing systems, including a comprehensive HVAC upgrade with new central energy plant systems and piping
Site enhancements included:
Reconfigured stormwater management system
Optimized on-site traffic queuing and parking lot configuration
