This 123,271 SF Neighborhood Hospital/Medical Office Building is comprised of 69,319 SF of I-2 occupancy that includes an ER, Inpatient unit, Imaging, and Surgery Services, along with a 49,791 SF Medical Office Building (shelled construction for day one opening). This project is the first Neighborhood Hospital in the State of Florida. The Emergency Department includes seven Emergency Exam rooms, one Triage room, one Exam Flex room, and one Trauma room. The Inpatient Department includes ten Inpatient rooms of which one is an Airborne Infection Isolation room and one is a customized behavioral health room. Radiology Services consist of two General Rad XRay rooms, two CT rooms, one Ultrasound room and one MRI. The Surgery Department includes six Pre-Op rooms, six Recovery bays, and four fully functional Operating rooms with associated Sterile Core and support spaces.
