Orlando Health Emergency Room and Medical Pavilion – Randal Park Reaches Construction Milestone
Orlando, Fla. – The Orlando Health Emergency Room and Medical Pavilion – Randal Park project is topped out! The concrete structure recently reached a construction milestone by placing the last of the elevated decks and stair tower containing more than 3,500 cubic yards of concrete.
The CPPI team is now focusing on underground utilities at the central energy plant, and the main structure with slab-on-grade scheduled to be poured at the beginning of July.
Once complete in early 2021, the 48,000 square feet, 3-story facility will house an emergency department on the 1st floor with up to 12 treatment rooms, a lab, an imaging department, and ambulance bays. The 2nd and 3rd floors with feature medical office building space for future needs.
The 15-acre campus at the northeast corner of Dowden Road and Randal Park Boulevard will also have a helipad.
