OCPS ESE Campus Magnolia School Entering Home Stretch

April 8, 2020

Orlando, Fla. – Orange County Public School’s Magnolia School at the ESE Campus Consolidation project continues to make great strides toward its planned completion in early June. All drywall work is nearing completion. Wall texture and painting are following right behind the drywall finish work. Permanent power is now available, and chiller and air handler startup is scheduled for early April. Ceramic tile work is also underway and progressing nicely with other flooring and finishes following as scheduled. Sitework has begun on schedule, and walkway canopies and athletic courts are moving along. Way to go, team!

Once complete, the +/- 70,000 square foot Magnolia school will feature classrooms and life-learning areas, such as an agriculture lab and greenhouse, a home economics lab, as well as music and art facilities.

This summer, the existing school currently on campus will be replaced by a new +/- 74,000 square foot Learning Center. The campus will also have a new competition-grade athletic track built.
