Mary Williams Joins CPPI as Senior Project Manager in Georgia and South Carolina
Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) is delighted to announce the arrival of Mary Williams as a Senior Project Manager for the southeastern regions of Georgia and South Carolina.
Mary brings more than 15 years of experience managing construction projects for commercial, K-12, higher education, and healthcare clients. Her expertise includes overseeing complex projects from preconstruction to completion, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery.
Mary holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Bradley University, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Marketing from Michigan State University, and an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Illinois Central College.
Her impressive portfolio includes notable projects such as the Phipps Plaza Hotel & Offices for Simon Properties in Atlanta and Atlanta’s Fire Station No. 3.
Mary is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), an International Association of Facilitators–Certified Professional Facilitator (IAF-CPF™), and Sigma Black Belt Certified.
When she’s not busy managing construction projects, Mary enjoys golfing, walking the beach, hanging out by the pool, and taking her dog to the dog park or beach.
