Over the course of his career, Conley has overseen more than $1.6 billion in successful projects and maintains a reputation for building strong, trusted relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the community surrounding his work. His experience spans all areas of the construction process, from budget formulation to closeout. This breadth of experience positions Conley to provide valuable leadership across all phases of project delivery. In addition to his expansive skill set, Michael Conley has experience across several major markets and brings a perspective that will support the greater development of CPPI’s South Florida operations.
Michael previously served as a Project Executive for various intricate projects, while always leading his teams with integrity. He also has a proven track record of prioritizing collaboration and communication throughout all phases of the project, making him a major asset to CPPI.
As Director, Conley will lead project teams and advance operational performance. His versatile proficiency and strategic approach will be instrumental in helping us deliver high-quality service and uphold CPPI’s commitment to excellence.
