Maggie Briggs Joins CPPI as Business Development Director in Tampa

Tampa, Fla. — Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) is pleased to welcome Maggie Briggs as a Business Development Director in Tampa.

In this role, Briggs will spearhead strategic planning and business development initiatives across various markets and Florida regions, with a primary focus on Tampa. She will play a pivotal role in identifying and fostering partnership opportunities while nurturing existing relationships. 

A leader in business development with over a decade of experience in strategic planning and marketing, Briggs brings a wealth of expertise to CPPI. Her proven track record in driving business development efforts, managing budgets, and evaluating opportunities underscores her value to the business development team. Leveraging her background in marketing and communications, Maggie will support the coordination of business development and marketing efforts. 

As a licensed leadership facilitator through ATHENA International, Maggie is passionate about coaching professional growth, inspiring new ideas, promoting confidence, and empowering young leaders. She is a past President of the Junior League of Greater Lakeland, an organization of women whose mission is to advance women’s leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training, and is now serving as a member of the Tampa League. Additionally, Briggs serves on the programs committee of the Society for Marketing Professional Services’ Tampa Bay chapter, the premier organization of marketing experts for the architecture, engineering, and construction industries. She recently joined the Association of Medical Facility Professionals and will be co-chairing the communications committee. 

Maggie’s range of expertise in business development, strategic planning, and marketing, coupled with her ability to drive growth initiatives and forge strategic partnerships, make her a valuable addition to the CPPI team.
