Kyla Frye Joins CPPI as Business Development Director in Gainesville
Gainesville, Fla. — Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) is excited to welcome Kyla Frye as a Business Development Director. In this role, Frye will lead strategic efforts to identify and cultivate new business opportunities across Florida, with a special emphasis on North Central Florida and the life sciences sector.
With more than a decade of experience in the science, healthcare, and technology industries, Frye brings a proven track record of building strong relationships and growing successful operations. She will play a key role in developing and executing CPPI’s business development strategy, overseeing client recruitment and engagement, and strengthening the firm’s presence in the community.
Kyla previously served as Executive Director of an innovation hub in Texas, where she led the expansion of a regional incubation program. She also co-founded and launched an accelerator program and coworking space.
Frye holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications with a focus in Advertising and Public Relations from West Texas A&M University. She is an ACC Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and holds certifications as a GrowthWheel International trainer, Wendy Kennedy coach, InBIA Incubator Manager, and Coaching Clinic facilitator.
A dedicated community advocate, Kyla serves on the boards of the Alachua Chamber of Commerce and StartGNV, and contributes her expertise to the Ocala CEP Healthcare Council and the Gainesville Chamber Economic Development Committee. She is also a committee member and ambassador for the BioFlorida Celebration of Biotechnology and a mentor for the University of Florida Innovation Hub. She has been recognized with the Amarillo Chamber of Commerce Top 20 Under 40 award and received a Women of Leadership Award from the Amarillo Business Women.
Kyla’s deep expertise in science and technology real estate development, commercial real estate, and entrepreneurial support services, combined with her track record of launching innovation-driven programs and fostering strategic partnerships, makes her a valuable addition to the CPPI team.
