Jeff Carter Joins CPPI as Project Director in Orlando

Orlando, Fla. — Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) is thrilled to announce the arrival of Jeff Carter as a Project Director for the Central Florida region. With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Carter offers a wealth of expertise to support strategic growth initiatives at CPPI.  

In this new role, Jeff will oversee multiple clients and commercial construction projects, ensuring their successful completion. He will provide executive-level management and mentorship to project teams, delivering work that meets high standards for quality, budget, schedule, and safety while fostering strong client and partner relationships. Acting as a strategic leader, Jeff will manage risks, monitor finances, and support business development and marketing efforts to drive the company’s growth.  

A graduate of the University of West Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Carter is dedicated to shaping the future of the construction industry through mentorship and community engagement. As a Lead Mentor with the ACE Mentorship Program in Brevard County and a mentor with the Valencia College Horizon Scholars – Take Stock in Children Program, he guides students toward success in education and careers. Jeff also serves on the Foundation for Orange County Public Schools Board of Directors, the ABC of Central Florida 2025 Board of Directors, and advisory boards for Leesburg High School and the Osceola Construction Pipeline. Through these roles, he supports construction education and helps ensure programs align with industry needs. 

Jeff Carter’s extensive experience and passion for shaping the future of construction make him an invaluable addition to the CPPI team. His expertise in developing both short-term solutions and long-term strategies will be instrumental in driving project success.
