This marks the fifth consecutive year that CPPI has received this honor, highlighting its unwavering commitment to excellence in the industry.
Over the past year, CPPI has achieved remarkable milestones, solidifying its position as a leader in the construction sector. The firm’s dedication to delivering exceptional results has been recognized through several prestigious awards. CPPI was honored with the highly esteemed Secretary of Defense Freedom Award, acknowledging its support and commitment to its military employees and their families.
Furthermore, CPPI’s commitment to quality and innovation has been recognized by the Central Florida Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), as the firm received three Excellence in Construction Awards. Notably, CPPI was the recipient of Eagle Awards for two projects. The construction of the Orlando Health Reunion Village Emergency Room showcased CPPI’s ability to deliver critical healthcare infrastructure with precision and efficiency. Second, the renovation of Building 1 at Daytona State College’s Palm Coast campus. Initially a vacant space previously earmarked for demolition, it was transformed into a modern teaching and training nursing simulation program facility. These recognitions highlight CPPI’s expertise in complex construction projects and its commitment to creating state-of-the-art healthcare and educational environments.
Lastly, CPPI received an Honorable Mention for the build-out of the Valencia College Center for Accelerated Training Northwest Orlando campus. This accelerated project, completed in 130 days and on schedule, converted empty warehouse space into specialized teaching labs for accelerated skills training programs in various trades.
