Orlando, Fla. – Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) is thrilled to announce the arrival of David Lewis to the executive leadership team. With more than 25 years of experience as an industry leader in the K-12 and municipal sectors, Lewis is a powerhouse with a wealth of expertise and a history of leadership that spans more than $2 billion of construction projects in Florida. His extensive network and strong relationships will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth initiatives in the Central Florida region. Lewis will provide executive-level leadership from the preconstruction phase through construction and closeout for CPPI’s construction projects across Central Florida.

Lewis’ history with CPPI dates back to 1982 when he first started his construction career working for Charles R. “Chuck” Perry in Gainesville as a carpenter helper. To this day, David still remembers how Mr. Perry would come out to every construction site on Fridays to personally deliver paychecks to each of his employees.

Lewis holds a Bachelor of Building Science from the University of Florida and is a licensed state of Florida general contractor.

Having been in the construction industry for over 40 years, David is very active in the local community. He currently sits on the Board of Governors for Associated Builders and Contractors and is a past chairman of their board. He is also the vice president of West Orange Habitat for Humanity.

David Lewis’ years of experience paired with his passion for community involvement make him a valuable addition to the CPPI leadership team.
