CPPI Promotes Corie Patton to VP of Healthcare Development
Gainesville, Fla. – Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Corie Patton to Vice President of Healthcare Development.
Since joining CPPI in 2009, Patton has overseen various strategic growth opportunities and extensively managed close relationships with national and local healthcare providers, helping to grow CPPI’s presence from Southwest Florida to Southeast Georgia. She has a unique talent for developing strong client foundations, strengthening industry partner relationships, and cultivating and propelling healthcare forward into new markets.
Patton’s primary focus will be the ongoing management of relationships with key healthcare clients and industry associates. She will work closely with CPPI’s Preconstruction and Operations teams to deepen the firm’s supplier diversity opportunities with trade partners, while also continuing to provide innovative building solutions for communities in need of quality healthcare.
She has served on the Rebuilding Together North Central Florida board and mentored through the Alachua County Take Stock in Children program for six years. Patton is a proud native Texan and a graduate of Texas A&M University, earning a Bachelor’s in Agricultural Business and Management. Her passion for philanthropy began as an Aggie Relay for Life member for The American Cancer Society as a student at Texas A&M. She was recently selected to serve as CPPI’s 2023-2024 Culture Committee Chair.
“As a drywaller’s daughter, I developed a passion for construction walking job sites with my father at a young age. My personal healthcare journey made me understand and cultivate a compassion for those whose philanthropic efforts have benefited those in need. It has been fulfilling to dovetail my love for philanthropy and healthcare construction into a career that provides quality healthcare to communities in need. I’m excited to continue to enhance and expand CPPI’s relationships while exploring strategic growth opportunities,” said Patton.

In her downtime, Patton loves to spend time with her husband and three children around Lake Santa Fe, escaping to the mountains of Colorado to snow ski, and cheering on the Fightin’ Texas Aggies.
