CPPI’s Rich Pritt Promoted to Project Director

Jacksonville, Fla. – Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) is pleased to announce that Rich Pritt has been promoted to serve as a Project Director.

In this role, Pritt will provide executive-level management of the firm’s project teams and operations, provide mentorship to the firm’s project managers, and continue to expand client engagement to drive the firm’s top-tier services within the educational, healthcare, commercial, and institutional markets.

With more than 18 years of experience in construction operations, Pritt has delivered an impressive portfolio of projects to clients in the North Florida region since joining CPPI in 2004. Some recent projects of note include the Patient Tower Expansion project, an EP Lab Addition, the Dietary Expansion, and the Central Energy Plant addition at HCA Florida’s Orange Park Hospital, formerly Orange Park Medical Center. Pritt also lead the CPPI team through the delivery of the Northeast Regional Transportation Management Center project, the HCA Florida Memorial Hospital Emergency Department’s Expansion, and the facility’s 5th-floor Medical/Surgical 36-Bed Build-out.

Pritt holds LEEP AP B+C and CQM-C certifications and earned an Associate of Science in Building Construction at Santa Fe College. He is also a member of the Florida Healthcare Engineering Association (FHEA).
