CPPI tops out Exactech, Inc. manufacturing building expansion project

May 23, 2018

Gainesville, Fla. – On Tuesday, May 22nd, CPPI and Exactech, Inc. celebrated the topping out of Exactech’s Manufacturing Building Expansion project. Exactech employees took their turns signing the symbolic beam in the days leading up the topping out, and it was raised to the highest point of the building onsite Tuesday afternoon at 2320 NW 66th Court in Gainesville.

The expansion will create an addition to Exactech’s corporate headquarters in Gainesville. The expanded building is a 67,000 square foot, two-story structure. Approximately 54,000 square feet will be office and multi-use space, with the remaining 13,000 square feet set aside for Exactech manufacturing processes.

Features of the building include structural steel and metal framing on the structure’s shell, with metal panel and stucco finishes highlighted by an ornamental metal wing on the roof.

The additional manufacturing and office square footage will provide Exactech with much needed additional space as the company continues to grow. The building is scheduled to be completed at the end of 2018.
