CPPI Tampa announces new Highland Oaks office space in Tampa
Tampa, Fla. – CPPI is expanding its efforts in Tampa as it moves to a new location at 10150 Highland Manor Drive. The new Tampa office officially opens Monday, November 19th.
The space is conveniently located on the I-75 corridor close to I-4 and in close proximity to the Lee Roy Selmon Expressway, giving CPPI greater access to West Central Florida and allowing the CPPI team to better serve the Tampa Bay area.
“Our new Tampa location enhances CPPI’s longtime standard of delivering high-quality commercial construction projects for our Bay Area Clients,” said CPPI VP, Regional Manager Randy Fitkin. “We are excited to settle into this new space, which will streamline our efforts for efficiency, collaboration and project delivery.” Fitkin added.
CPPI will ring in the New Year and celebrate the new space with colleagues, clients, and partners at an open house event early next year.
