Orlando, Fla. – Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) has received three Excellence in Construction Awards from the Central Florida Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC).

CPPI won Eagle Awards for the construction of the Orlando Health Reunion Village Emergency Room and the renovation of Building 1 at Daytona State College’s Palm Coast campus, now serving as a premier nursing education facility. The firm has also been awarded an Honorable Mention for the build-out of the Valencia College Center for Accelerated Training Northwest Orlando campus.

The industry’s leading awards competition, ABC’s Excellence in Construction program celebrates outstanding projects built by Central Florida Chapter members. The competition’s focus is to raise construction industry standards by recognizing the workmanship of those who contribute and by showcasing the results of their commitment, according to ABC CFC’s website.

The Orlando Health Reunion Village Emergency Room serves Northwest Osceola County. Located in Davenport, Fla., the standalone emergency room features 12 treatment rooms, a CT scanner, X-ray, and Ultrasound services, as well as an onsite laboratory. Built on a 28-acre campus with expansion in mind, the Reunion Village Emergency Room offers a helipad for air ambulance service.

The Nursing Center at Daytona State College’s Palm Coast campus is a 16,000-square-foot facility with state-of-the-art classrooms, four nursing suites with monitor control rooms, a break room, and office space for faculty and staff. CPPI transformed the vacant space, which was previously demo-earmarked, into a modern nursing simulation program facility. The addition to Daytona State College increased the enrollment capacity of the nursing program from 30 students to 120, further enriching the area’s healthcare community.

The Valencia College Center for Accelerated Training’s Northwest Orlando campus features 25,752 square feet of specialized teaching labs for accelerated skills training programs in various trades. The facility offers extensive lab areas, multiple classrooms, a large lobby with a spacious break area, and administrative office space for staff. Campus programs include workforce training with a hands-on approach in construction, manufacturing, logistics, IT, and healthcare.

The Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Central Florida Chapter serves contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and associates in Orange, Lake, Volusia, Seminole, and Osceola counties.
