CPPI ranked 54th in annual ENR Southeast Top Contractors list

Gainesville, Fla. – Engineering and construction news magazine Engineering News-Record recently released its Southeast Top Contractors 2018 list, ranking CPPI at #54. CPPI moved up 16 spots to the #54 ranking from #70 in 2017.

The ENR list featured the 36-bed Observational Unit Expansion at the Medical Center of Trinity in Trinity, Florida as CPPI’s largest project to break ground. The Medical Center of Trinity expansion will add 65,000 square foot of space, including a new single story 14-bed observation unit addition and a fifth and sixth floor vertical expansion. The fifth floor expansion will add the 36-bed observational unit, and the sixth floor will include shell space for future growth. The project is scheduled to be completed in late January 2019.
