CPPI Promotes Tim Dickson to Vice President of Preconstruction
Orlando, Fla. – Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) is pleased to announce that Tim Dickson has been promoted to Vice President of Preconstruction in the Central Florida region.
Dickson will serve on the company’s Executive Team, overseeing the region’s preconstruction and estimating teams in the meticulous planning of project scopes, scheduling, logistics, procurement, constructability, and budgets. With more than 27 years of experience in construction operations, he will use modern market trend analysis to maintain CPPI’s commitment to the best value of delivery for clients.
Since joining the firm in 2014, Dickson has led CPPI’s preconstruction staff on projects for clients in various markets. His project experience includes multiple major projects for the University of Central Florida, Orlando Health, Orange County Public Schools, Pinellas County Schools, Pasco County Schools, and a variety of private clients. Prior to 2014, Dickson’s individual experience focused on highly technical facilities for research, manufacturing, processing, and distribution operations.
“Tim’s experience on both the Preconstruction and Operations sides of the process are a valuable asset to CPPI. His technical knowledge of complex systems and materials is an integral part in making sure we can procure materials and get our projects out to the market as quickly as possible. His eye for detail from the beginning of the preconstruction phase helps our Operations team deliver the highest quality project down the line,” said Executive Vice President/Principal Jason Morgan.

Dickson holds certifications as a LEED Accredited Professional, as well as ICRA Training for Healthcare. He is an alumnus of the University of Florida, where he has earned an MBA with a concentration in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction.
