CPPI Promotes Ned Flood to Regional Manager of Tampa Region

Tampa, Fla. — Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) is pleased to announce that Ned Flood has been promoted to Regional Manager of the Tampa region.  

With nearly 20 years of experience in the industry and a proven track record during his tenure at CPPI, Flood brings a wealth of expertise to this role. He will provide executive oversight, along with operational and preconstruction support across all projects. In collaboration with leadership teams in the region, he will focus on developing, implementing, and managing CPPI’s operational activities to uphold the firm’s top-tier services in the education, healthcare, commercial, and institutional sectors. He will also work closely with executive leadership to ensure that strategic decisions are executed to the highest standards, aligned with CPPI’s core values and results-driven approach. In addition, Flood will oversee key strategic initiatives, providing targeted strategies to strengthen client relationships further and drive market growth. 

Since joining CPPI, Flood has been a strong leader in the Tampa market, delivering an impressive portfolio of projects, particularly in the healthcare and education sectors. Recent projects of note include the Sarasota Memorial Hospital Lakewood Ranch Emergency Care Center, the HCA Florida Pea Ridge Free Standing Emergency Room, and the School District of Manatee County Oneco Elementary School Renovation, currently in progress.
