CPPI Promotes Kory Kreul to Project Director for the Educational Sector in the Tampa Region
Tampa, Fla. – Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) is pleased to announce that Kory Kreul has been promoted to serve as Project Director for the educational sector in the Tampa region.
In this role, Kreul will spearhead initiatives focused on the Tampa K-12 and higher education markets, building upon his unwavering dedication and stellar performance in nurturing CPPI’s success in the Orlando region. Kory will gradually transition from Orlando operations to focus exclusively on cultivating the educational market in Tampa.
Since joining CPPI in 2022, Kory has led the K-12 sector in Central Florida, growing the teams and capabilities, and ensuring client satisfaction and project success. He is an industry expert with a remarkable track record in K-12 preconstruction and construction projects totaling $340 million. The team is excited for Kory to combine all of his talents as the Education Sector Leader in Tampa.
Kreul earned a Master of Arts in Building Construction from the University of Florida and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management from Florida International University.
With a wealth of experience, Kory is poised to lead CPPI’s endeavors in Tampa with enthusiasm and dedication. “I am thrilled to embark on this new journey in the Tampa market and eager to cultivate new relationships with clients, design teams, and trade contractors,” Kory remarked. “I have full confidence in my project team and support staff to leverage CPPI’s success and deliver exceptional results.”
Kory’s experience in Tampa started earlier in his career as a contributing member for a project at Tampa International Airport. Furthermore, personal ties to the area run deep, as Kory’s wife, Amy, spent nine years at MacDill Air Force Base while her family was stationed there, forging lasting connections within the community. The couple’s affection for Tampa is further evidenced by their wedding ceremony at the historic Sacred Heart downtown.
“Having personal ties to Tampa adds an extra layer of excitement to this transition,” Kory expressed. “I am eager to immerse myself in the community again and contribute to its growth through CPPI’s projects.”
