CPPI Promotes John Weaver to Regional Manager of Central Florida

Orlando, Fla. – Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) is pleased to announce that John Weaver has been promoted to Regional Manager of the Central Florida region.

Weaver will provide executive oversight, as well as operational and preconstruction support on projects. Working with leadership teams in the region, he will focus on implementation, development, and management of CPPI’s operational activities to continue to drive the firm’s top-tier services in the educational, healthcare, commercial, and institutional markets. He will also work with executive leadership to ensure that strategic decisions are implemented in the highest of standards to meet CPPI’s core values and results-driven focus.

With more than 20 years of experience in construction, Weaver joined CPPI in 2019. He has served as a distinct presence in leadership and delivered an impressive portfolio of projects to clients in the Central Florida region since. Recent projects of note include the Research 1 facility for the University of Central Florida, Vista Pointe Elementary School for Orange County Public Schools, and Valencia College’s Center for Accelerated Training in Northwest Orlando.

Prior to coming to CPPI, Weaver not only worked in the management side of construction, but also worked as the Associate Director of Facilities Planning and Construction for a large university. He brings a unique perspective of what clients face in their daily management of projects and the importance of the details that each client is looking for. His experience helps add to the CPPI expertise in detailed project planning with client internal groups and building strong project teams encompassing owners and designers.

Weaver holds a LEED Green Associate certification and earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida as well as a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Jacksonville University.
