CPPI Named an ENR Magazine “Top Contractor” of 2021

July 1, 2021

Engineering News-Record, the engineering and construction news magazine, recently named Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) one of its 2021 “Top 400 Contractors.”

This is the third year in a row that CPPI has received the honor.

The past year has been full of accomplishments for CPPI, with the awarding of multiple Excellence in Construction Eagle and Merit Awards, a Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) Award, as well as top honors at the Builders Association of North Central Florida’s annual installation banquet.

The awards recognize CPPI’s work on the Brian D. Jellison Cancer Institute at Sarasota Memorial, UF Health The Oaks, the Exactech Campus Expansion, and the Pepin Academy of Pasco County’s expansion and renovation project.

At the Builders Association of North Central Florida Installation Banquet this past December, Jennifer Lyons was installed on the 2021 Officer’s Board as Treasurer, and will be installed as 2022 President-Elect in December this year. Eric Drummond was recognized with the “Zombie Apocalypse Award,” a version of the outgoing President’s Award named for the past year’s trying events. Eric was tapped because he helped outgoing BANCF President Bryan Harrington in talks with Alachua County in deeming construction work essential during the 2020 shut down.

CPPI is one of the Southeast’s largest privately held construction firms. Recognized as a powerhouse of innovation, sustainability, craftsmanship, and expertise, CPPI performs a wide range of design-build, construction management and general contracting services, including project planning and modeling, budget estimating and cost management, project scheduling and construction.

Since 1968, CPPI has completed work for many industries, but specializes in the healthcare, education, and commercial sectors.
