CPPI Named an ENR Magazine “Top Contractor” of 2020

Engineering News-Record, the engineering and construction news magazine, recently named Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) one of its 2020 “Top 400 Contractors.”

This is the second year in a row that CPPI has received the honor.

The past year has been full of accomplishments for CPPI, with the awarding of more than five Excellence in Construction Eagle and Merit Awards, as well as top honors at the Builders Association of North Central Florida’s annual installation banquet.

The awards recognize CPPI’s work on the Orlando Health/UF Health Cancer Center, the University of Central Florida’s District Energy Plant IV facilities, Dover Shores Elementary School, the Georgia Southern University Interdisciplinary Academic Building, the Santa Fe College Kirkpatrick Center Institute of Public Safety Expansion, the University of Florida Innovation Hub Phase II, the UF Health Springhill Primary Care Building, and University of Florida IT renovations.

At the Builders Association of North Central Florida Installation Banquet this past December, Project Director Eric Drummond was named the 2019 Builder of the Year. Project Director Jake Plein was awarded both the Big Spike of the Year and the Distinguished Spike awards.
