CPPI holds Trade Partner Appreciation Luncheon onsite at Exactech, Inc.
Gainesville, Fla. – On September 21, 2018, CPPI held its Trade Partner Appreciation Luncheon onsite at the Exactech, Inc. manufacturing building expansion. The luncheon was an opportunity to celebrate the topping out of the building, and to thank CPPI’s trade partners for their contributions to the project’s success.
Luncheon attendees enjoyed a barbecue lunch, raffle, and t-shirts commemorating the project milestone. The event also gave partners the opportunity to take a firsthand look at the project’s progress.
The expansion to Exactech’s Gainesville corporate headquarters will be a 67,000 square foot, two-story structure. Approximately 54,000 square feet of that space will be office and multi-use space, with the remaining 13,000 square feet set aside for Exactech manufacturing processes.
Features of the building include structural steel and metal framing on the structure’s shell, with metal panel and stucco finishes highlighted by an ornamental wing on the roof.
The additional manufacturing and office square footage will provide Exactech with much needed additional space as the company continues to grow. The building is scheduled to be completed at the end of 2018.
In addition to the manufacturing building expansion topping out, CPPI recently completed the renovation of Exactech’s Bio-Spine facility. The project involved the renovation of 5,500 square feet of office space into conference and meeting rooms, while the building remained occupied.
Betty Petty, Vice President and cofounder of Exactech, praised CPPI’s “attention to quality and detail . . . pressing to achieve a demanding deadline, and . . . coming in on budget.”
