CPPI Completes Vista Pointe Elementary School

July 27, 2020

Orlando, Fla. – Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) recently completed Vista Pointe Elementary School, part of the Orange County Public Schools system.

Formerly known as Site 83-E-SE-3, the community came together to vote on three different names for the school. Vista Pointe was chosen because it represents a high point and the potential of the students and the area, according to Orange County Public Schools.

Located at 6900 Market Place Drive, the new school will accommodate more than 830 students and relieves Sun Blaze Elementary and Northlake Park Community School.

The 16.2 acre campus features one secure public entrance and covered walkways. The facility includes a multipurpose cafeteria hall, an expanded student drop-off loop, and state-of-the-art music and art labs. Classrooms also feature enhanced technology with digital smartboards in every class, and computers with interactive touch-screens. The school also has a covered play area on one of its two playgrounds.

In addition to a multi-media center, the school also features a performance stage and a CCTV studio.

CPPI partnered on the project with Rhodes + Brito Architects, Inc. and their MWBE Partner Sequel Development.
