CPPI Completes Va. Tech’s BETR Facility

Blacksburg, Va. – Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) recently completed the Bovine Extension, Teaching and Research (BETR) facility at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Va.

The project included a 5,148 square-foot open-air arena to serve as live-animal instructional space and a 3,640 square foot traditional classroom space with administrative offices and restroom facilities.

The facility will provide research and instructional space to enhance teaching and research of bovine and equine programs for the Department of Dairy Science within the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, according to Virginia Tech’s website.
