CPPI Completes Two ER and Urgent Care Hybrid Facilities for UF Health Jacksonville

Jacksonville, Fla. – Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) is proud to have joined UF Health Jacksonville, Intuitive Health, and Rendina Healthcare Real Estate in celebrating the ribbon cutting of the UF Health Jacksonville Emergency and Urgent Care Center — New Kings on March 24. 

The brand-new facility is one of several opening in the area, offering emergency and urgent care services to the community under one roof. As the general contractor for two of the locations, one on Lane Avenue and the other on New Kings Road, CPPI is honored to be a part of enhancing the network of medical care facilities that UF Health Jacksonville offers. The hybrid-style facility will feature a full-service emergency room, as well as an urgent care center open seven days a week. It will also include multiple treatment and fast-track rooms, a trauma bay, X-ray services, a CT scanner, and will be staffed with board-certified, ER-licensed physicians.

CPPI is grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the community by bringing top-notch medical services to those in need. The firm is excited to see these facilities help UF Health Jacksonville expand its reach and provide better healthcare to residents across Jacksonville and Northeast Florida.
