CPPI Completes Sarasota Memorial Radiation Oncology Center on University Parkway

August 5, 2020

Sarasota, Fla. – Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) recently completed the Sarasota Memorial Radiation Oncology Center on University Parkway.

This state-of-the-art outpatient facility began serving patients on August 3.

With two TrueBeam linear accelerators for external beam radiation, a CT simulator, integrative care services to support holistic patient care, and radiation oncology physician offices, the 18,000 square-foot facility offers leading radiation and oncology services with cancer patients.

The center was designed to provide care beyond treatment, with a focus on wellness and comfort, and offers dedicated counseling, financial counseling, patient navigation, private sitting areas and lounges, and other support services on site. There is also a serenity patio with a calming water fountain and a rock garden with inspiring messages of hope and healing.

CPPI, Willis Smith Construction and Flad Architects partnered on the project.

The Radiation Oncology Center is one of two new facilities that Sarasota Memorial is opening this year as part of its Cancer Institute and comprehensive cancer care program.
