CPPI Completes Recovery Unit Addition at UF Health Florida Surgical Center

Gainesville, Fla. – Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) recently completed the 23-Hour Recovery Unit Addition project at the UF Health Florida Surgical Center.

This new 7,970-square-foot overnight stay patient unit enhances care services at the Florida Surgical Center by adding 10 private, postoperative rooms, a staff lounge, a nurses’ station, and a covered pick-up drive and entry. A new parking lot was also added, expanding capacity at UF Health’s outpatient surgery centers in our community.

CPPI partnered with Partin Architecture on the project.
