CPPI Completes New Wildwood Police Department Headquarters

September 3, 2020

Wildwood, Fla. – Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) recently completed the Wildwood Police Department.

The department celebrated the facility’s opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on September 3. U.S. Rep. Daniel Webster and Wildwood Mayor Ed Wolf were among the special guests in attendance that spoke at the event.

The brand new, 14,000 square-foot headquarters features a state-of-the-art Evidence Processing Unit, a bullet-resistant lobby, and more than 26 miles of communications cabling within its data command center.

The facility also offers police officers and staff a gym with locker rooms and a weapons armory.

Three retention ponds were also built on the seven acre site to enhance run-off infrastructure.

CPPI partnered with Architects Design Group of Winter Park, Fla., on the project.
