CPPI Completes New Tactical Training Pavilion, P.T. Training Course, and Driving Pad at Daytona State College

July 10, 2026

The new Tactical Training Pavilion, P.T. Training Course, and Driving Pad at Daytona State College were designed to give first responders a place to train the way they’ll actually perform in the field. Hands-on immersive scenarios evolve the future of emergency response.

Highlights of the new space include:

  • A tactical training pavilion built for realistic scenario-based instruction
  • A physical training course focused on strength, agility, and endurance
  • A driving pad for vehicle-based training and maneuvering exercises
  • Features that help simulate real-world conditions for practical experience

Located next to the Law Enforcement Firearms Training Range recently completed by CPPI, this project for Daytona State College creates an environment where students can push themselves to prepare for the demands of a career in public safety.
