CPPI Completes Multi-Phase Expansion at Medical Center of Trinity

Trinity, Fla. – Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) recently completed the multi-phase Women’s Services & Surgical Expansion and Renovation project at the Medical Center of Trinity in Pasco County, Florida.

The final phase included a more than 1,000 square-foot horizontal expansion at the 2nd floor level to create an additional, brand-new C-Section Operating Room, as well as an additional 3-bed Recovery Bay and one additional infant Recovery Bed Bay. Additional roof-top units were also added to support the new space.

In addition, earlier phases of the project included:

An expansion and renovation to the facility’s Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), which added four additional PACU bays.

A horizontal expansion to the Same-Day-Surgery Services unit to add eight patient rooms, a nurse’s station, and support rooms. Two new consult rooms and a surgery waiting space were also added to the existing renovated space.

An expansion of more than 3,000 square feet to provide two additional Operating Rooms, as well as storage and shell space for a future Operating Room.
