CPPI completes International Parkway Freestanding Emergency Room in Sanford

Sanford, Fla. – CPPI completed the construction of a new freestanding emergency room for Central Florida Regional Hospital, an affiliate of HCA North Florida. The 11,610 square foot facility is located on a 28 acre site on International Parkway at the intersection with Wilson Road.

The freestanding ER houses 12 emergency room beds, a dedicated trauma room, lab services, and a pharmacy. The facility will provide 24/7 care to the residents of Seminole County, and is expected to treat over 7,500 patients per year and employ more than 50 full-time staff.

A ribbon cutting for the International Parkway Freestanding Emergency Room was held on February 11, 2019, and the facility opened to serve patients on February 13th.
