CPPI Completes Galen College of Nursing in Gainesville
Gainesville, Fla. – Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) recently completed a new campus for Galen College of Nursing in Gainesville, Fla.
In partnership with BHDP Architecture, the new 28,666 square-foot medical education center is located inside the Infinite Energy office building, which was recently constructed by CPPI and designed by Walker Architects.
The campus features several modern clinical learning labs that offer students a realistic training experience with various patient simulators that mimic human anatomy and function alongside specialized headwall units that simulate a typical medical environment. In addition to classrooms, the campus features testing rooms, nine study spaces, a conference room, a student store, vending area, shared administrative and faculty areas, student and administration break areas, and an enrollment center.
To maintain the original building’s aesthetics while providing Galen with its signature brand design, CPPI worked closely with the college and BHDP to identify finishes that would carry over in color and profile for a seamless renovation.

It has allowed us to continue our long tradition of enriching and expanding healthcare in the North Central Florida community while also allowing us to continue building our long-standing relationship with HCA Healthcare,” said Vice President/Regional Manager Matt Pinkoson.
Located at 7001 SW 24th Avenue, the new Gainesville campus offers various in-person and online nursing degree programs. Classes began earlier this month.
