CPPI Completes Fourth Parking Garage on North Florida Regional Campus

Gainesville, Fla. – Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) recently completed a Design-Build parking garage on the HCA Healthcare North Florida Regional Medical Center (NFRMC) campus. The ground-plus-six level garage is more than 280,000 square feet and features 846 parking spaces, 2 elevators, and a new paved pathway from the garage to the NFRMC Women’s Center entrance. This is the fourth garage that CPPI has built on the medical center’s campus. The garage provides much-needed parking for patients, healthcare providers and visitors to the hospital.
