CPPI completes Alachua Brammer Bio renovations

January 16, 2019

Alachua, Fla. – Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) began 2019 with the completion of renovations at manufacturing company Brammer Bio’s Alachua location last week. The 7,756-square-foot renovation converted existing space to lab and office-specific areas.

Brammer Bio’s renovation includes a new structural steel rooftop platform and new air handler unit (AHU), with associated mechanical work, to serve the new lab spaces. Work also included the addition of a new exterior slab and canopy for equipment, a CO2 system, biosafety cabinets, lab casework, and finishes.

The renovation will allow Brammer Bio staff to make more efficient use of the workspace, with specific spaces devoted to lab and office needs. “We are pleased to deliver a workspace that will make Brammer Bio’s gene therapy efforts easier and more effective, especially as their Florida employees and Progress Park location continue to expand dramatically,” said CPPI Project Director Calvin Peterson.
