CPPI Celebrates Construction Milestone with UF Health Jacksonville

Jacksonville, Fla. – Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) joined UF Health Jacksonville, Intuitive Health, and Rendina Healthcare Real Estate last week in celebrating a construction milestone on the New Kings Road Emergency and Urgent Care Center facility.

The brand-new UF Health Jacksonville facility is one of three facilities currently under construction that will offer a unique, hybrid-style style of emergency care. CPPI is partnered as the general contractor on two of the locations, one on Lane Avenue and the other on New Kings Road.

At the construction celebration, attendees gathered to sign a piece of commemorative drywall with well wishes. It will be displayed in the facility once construction is complete.

The centers will have a full-service emergency room open 24 hours a day, as well as an urgent care center open seven days a week. Each will feature multiple treatment and fast-track rooms, a trauma bay, X-ray services, a CT scanner, and will be staffed with board-certified, ER-licensed physicians, according to a news release by UF Health Jacksonville.
