CPPI Breaks Ground on New HCA Florida Osceola East Emergency Facility

St. Cloud, Fla. – Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) is excited to announce its partnership with HCA Florida Healthcare in the construction of the new HCA Florida Osceola East Emergency. This one-story, 11,000-square-foot satellite facility of HCA Florida Osceola Hospital will provide state-of-the-art emergency care to the community, helping to meet the growing healthcare needs of Osceola County.

A groundbreaking ceremony for the new facility was held on May 9, with members of the community, staff of HCA Florida Osceola Hospital, and CPPI in attendance. The facility will be located at 4920 East Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, St Cloud, FL 34771.

CPPI is proud to continue its partnership with HCA Florida Healthcare on this project, which will enhance the top-quality emergency care provided to the residents of Osceola County.

This project is one of several freestanding emergency facilities that CPPI has underway for HCA Florida Healthcare, including the HCA Florida Foxwood Emergency facility in Ocala. These projects demonstrate CPPI’s expertise in healthcare construction and its dedication to providing top-quality healthcare facilities for communities throughout Florida.
