CPPI begins work on Orange Park Medical Center expansion
Orange Park, Fla. – Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) recently began work on the dietary and CEP expansion and renovation at Orange Park Medical Center.
The project will expand the kitchen to 15,650 square feet and renovate the area, including underground utilities, and will add a loading dock. The chiller plant and cooling tower will expand to 8,600 square feet. Throughout construction, the plant will retain its cooling capability.
The dietary and CEP expansion and renovation is the first phase of the expansion project awarded to CPPI in January 2019. The second phase of the project will be at tower expansion at Orange Park Medical Center, with construction expected to begin in the fall of 2019.
