Yulee, Fla. – Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) was recently awarded the Yulee High School Building 10 Classroom Addition project for the Nassau County School District.

The project will consist of a new 29,000 square foot addition to the school’s campus. Known as Building 10, it will feature 14 classrooms, two science labs, an agri-science lab, a teacher planning room, and a conference room. A large horticulture space will be developed alongside the exterior of the building. CPPI will also construct a new basketball court and six new tennis courts to the campus.

In addition, electric car charging stations and a new covered drop-off area and road near Building 10 will be installed. A new parking lot with more than 50 spaces will be added to the southwest side of campus, and a new detention pond will be added on campus to enhance run-off infrastructure.

Site mobilization has begun and the CPPI team will break ground in the coming days. CPPI is partnered with architect R. Dean Scott on the project, which is slated for completion in the early fall of 2022.
