Pensacola, Fla. – CPPI was recently selected as the construction manager for HCA’s 12,100 square foot West Florida Hospital Pediatric and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) renovation project in Pensacola.

The major construction project will add a new 6-bed PICU to the existing fifth floor, and will make additional cosmetic upgrades to the Southwest Patient Wing.

“CPPI is extremely excited to be selected as the construction management firm for this upcoming project in Pensacola, Florida. We recently completed a freestanding emergency department project off campus for West Florida Hospital; however, this marks the first project CPPI will be delivering on campus for West Florida. This renovation project will transform both the Pediatric and PICU services provided by West Florida Hospital for an ever-growing community. We are humbled to be included in this effort,” said Vinnie Moreschi, Vice President, Healthcare Division Manager/Principal.

Construction is set to begin during the third quarter of 2018 and is estimated to wrap up in the first quarter of 2019.
