CPPI Awarded Two UF Health Jacksonville Emergency and Urgent Care Centers

Jacksonville, Fla. – Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) was recently awarded contracts to construct two Emergency and Urgent Care Centers for UF Health Jacksonville in collaboration with the developer Rendina Healthcare Real Estate.

The two facilities will be located at 888 Lane Ave. S. in west Jacksonville and 11277 New Kings Road in northwest Jacksonville. Each will feature multiple treatment and fast-track rooms, a trauma bay, X-ray services, a CT scanner and more.

CPPI, Rendina Healthcare Real Estate, and Intuitive Health are partnered on the project. Construction begins this fall.
