CPPI awarded Memorial Hospital Jacksonville fifth floor build-out contract

Jacksonville, Fla. – CPPI was recently selected as the construction manager for HCA’s nearly 25,000 square foot Memorial Hospital Jacksonville fifth floor medical/surgical patient room build-out project.

The major construction project will build out the existing fifth floor of the West Tower for a new 36-bed medical/surgical unit.

Vinnie Moreschi, Vice President, Healthcare Division / Principal, spoke on the formation of CPPI’s relationship with Memorial Hospital of Jacksonville, “We are excited to be the selected contractor on the upcoming Fifth Floor Medical/Surgical Patient Room buildout project at Memorial Hospital Jacksonville. This award directly relates to the fabulous job our team is currently doing on campus for Memorial Hospital. We look forward to fostering this newly formed relationship with the hospital for future long-term opportunities.”

Construction is set to begin in April 2018 and is estimated to finish in October 2018.
