Hinesville, Ga – CPPI was recently selected to provide preconstruction and construction management services for Liberty County School System’s Bradwell Institute renovation project in Liberty County.

The renovations will consist of demolition, new MEP systems, wall modifications, new gym bleachers, new gym wood flooring, new locker rooms, group restrooms, classrooms, and coaches’ offices.

The project will also emphasize local and minority business enterprise (MBE) participation, early procurement of major MEP and equipment systems, coordination with occupied campus activities, and sustainable construction practices.

CPPI Savannah’s VP, Regional Manager, Ryan Taylor, said “CPPI is excited to be working with our new partner, Liberty County School System. We’re looking forward to bringing our educational construction and renovation expertise to Bradwell Institute as we begin renovations to the gymnasium and locker rooms.

CPPI is partnering with architecture firm Altman + Barrett, and began preconstruction services in March 2018. Construction is expected to commence in May 2018, and estimated completion is set for fall 2018.
